I am starting my 17th year in teaching, ALL of which has been here at EHS! (My husband is an Elgin-ite.) I teach Ag as well as being an FFA Advisor. My classes are Floral Design, Veterinary Medical, Horticulture, Greenhouse operations, Advanced Plant & Soil Science. We are very active and involved in NUMEROUS FFA contests and events. I run barrels and rodeo competitively throughout the state most weekends. And have been doing so since I was 11 years old. I am from La Vernia originally, which is a small town east of San Antonio.
